Review Stars

I would like to bring your attention to the excellent support we have received.

You diagnosed the problem remotely and found it was the hard drive that was failing. A new SSD drive was provided and then you came to the office Friday morning to pick it, however, before taking the faulty machine you set up some new systems on the other accounts desktop, so we continue working. You then came in first thing on Monday (yesterday) to reinstall it back to its original state and followed it up with an email, which was beyond the call of duty.

We are very happy with the level of service we are getting from Get Support and have no regrets about moving to your company.

Get Support’s cloud services are delivered from our infrastructure based in the UK. Your data will never leave the UK.
